“Tryin” is about not knowing what to say, or how to say it, but trying anyway. It’s also about not knowing how to let go of the past, but giving it a shot. I hope this song helps you in some way. I wrote this at a time where I was feeling like I had nothing more to say as an artist, and this song helped me to break through creatively and was the starting point for much of the music that will follow. Tryin is the first of 4 singles that will be released over the course of the next few months.
